Yes, foreigners can incorporate and wholly own a Malaysian private limited (Sdn Bhd) company. However, according to the Malaysian Companies Act of 2016, the company must have at least 1 resident director with a residential address in Malaysia. If you require a local nominee director service, kindly speak with us.
In addition, do note that specific industries may have different director/shareholding requirements. For example, for recruitment agency license, it requires a local director and shareholder.
Typically the incorporation process will take up to 3-10 working days upon submission of complete documents. In some circumstances, the actual progress could have delayed due to several factors (e.g special approval required from external ministries or missing documents during submission).

Foreigners who are planning to be physically present in Malaysia to run their company may need to first fulfil certain visa/pass requirements. In order to apply a VISA, the Company must meet the minimum share capital requirement.
The minimum paid-up capital for an Sdn Bhd depends on whether it is 100% foreign-owned. 100% foreign-owned Sdn Bhd companies must have a minimum paid-up capital of RM 500,000 for advisory and consultancy businesses, and a minimum paid-up capital of RM 1 million for import, export, restaurant and trading businesses.
The company incorporation shall be executed within one (1) month from the date of acceptance at the following conditions:
- All shareholders and directors shall be Malaysian or local permanent residents. For foreigner, a minimal charge will apply on the registration process;
- The number of shareholders and directors to be registered is limited to a 2 persons only. For additional shareholder/director, a minimal charge will apply;
- Initial paid-up share capital to be registered is limited to RM1,000/-. Any additional share capital required will be subject to separate charges.

Yes. Our Team will provide 1 session of free training to directors and employees on how to use the systems.
Our IT’s Service Partner will help you to develop a 3-Page information website design, ie. Home Page, Services/Product Page and Contact Us Page (not include e-commerce system, content write up and license photo).
The domain fee will be free for the first year. The hosting fee is free for the first year at 10G hard disk and a maximum of 10 email accounts (share for web and email).
